Deputy President Cyril Ramaphosa addressed the Chris Hani memorial lecture in Uitenhage in Port Elizabeth on Sunday. Talk Radio 702's Azania Mosaka asked listeners if this was the launch of Ramaphosa's "CR17" presidential campaign.
