How I met your mother- who is 25 years my senior

An unusual and eyebrow-raising love story starring France's next president and first lady. Emmanuel Macron fell in love with his then high school, whom he later married.

What has also gotten many tongues wagging is the 25 year age gap between Macron and his wife Brigitte Trogneux.

"When he decided to marry my mother because he told her he would marry her, he came to see us and told us that he wanted to marry our mother," Trogneux's daughter Tiphaine Auzière told BFMTV.

Macron has hit back at critics and defended his marriage and wife.

Azania Mosaka asked listeners how they reacted to the news, asking if it is inappropriate for students to crush on their high school teachers.

The story is very romantic story but from a mature point of view we can hardly call the romance between an adult and a 15 year old as romance.

Jeff, caller

The issue of students having crushes on their teachers is real. Teachers or lecturers are in control to stop such situations from happening.
