An obsession with healthy eating could lead to a condition known as Orthorexia.

Florida-based nutritionist Dr Karin Katrina says Orthorexia develops when a person's fixation on righteous eating begins to restrict their health.

While Orthorexia is not technically a diagnosable eating disorder, it can have consequences on one's health, explains Katrina.
