Warren Buffet concerned about Trump's policies: Bruce Whitfield

Berkshire Hathaway's CEO Warren Buffet and vice chairman, Charlie Munger, delivered the 52nd Annual Berkshire Hathaway AGM to 40 000 shareholders on Saturday.

Money Show host, Bruce Whitfield, attended the AGM in Omaha in partnership with 702 and Standard Bank. See the live blogs from the event as part of the coverage here.

Whitfield says Buffet is optimistic about the state of the world, but concerned about US President Donald Trump's tax and health policies.

He is worried that ordinary Americans will be losing out over the long term, and wealthy American's, like himself, will be getting massive tax cuts and he doesn't think that's particularly fair.

Bruce Whitfield, Money Show host

But it's interesting that he is a capitalist to the core. This is a guy who doesn't seem to be too concerned about social impacts of his investments.
