Finance Minister Malusi Gigaba needs to explain what his wife, Norma Gigaba, meant when she said she helped him with technology challenges when he was still Minister of Home Affairs, says political analyst Karima Brown.
In an interview with eNCA's Ayanda Allie Paine, Gigaba's wife said as an IT specialist she helped her husband make technology changes to improve service delivery at the Department of Home Affairs.
Brown says the Minister needs to clarify what kind of help did Home Affairs receive from his wife.
