Can drug kingpins fight for houses? Angry caller responds to Mbalula

Police Minister Fikile Mbalula has been criticised for his remarks on ongoing protests for lack of housing in the south of Johannesburg.

Mbalula said protests were led by drug kingpins and peddlers.

He said the protests have undermined the rule of law.

And I’m saying unambiguously, unequivocally, that we’re coming for them. For the stones they’re throwing here and the anarchy they have been causing around Eldorado Park, we know them. We know where they are.

702 Breakfast listener responded to Mbalula's comments.

Ever since he became the minister all he says is, fight, I'm coming for you.
