'Citizens should be aware of forces undermining SA's sovereignty'

State Security Minister David Mahlobo says there are media houses and non-government organisations (NGOs) that are pushing regime change in South Africa.

Mahlobo delivered his budget vote on Tuesday where he said agents of regime change implementing other countries' nefarious agendas are operating in the country.

He says these agents are working in close collaboration with negative domestic forces to undermine democratic and constitutional advances.

Mahlobo says citizens should be aware so that they don't unknowingly work with certain forces that seek to undermine the country's sovereignty and intelligence.
