United States President, Donald Trump arrived in Israel on Monday for his first state visit to the Middle East. EWN correspondent, Paula Slier says it is not yet clear what Trump's visit is about.
Slier says that Trump is expected to meet with Israeli President, Reuven Rivlin. Slier adds that Trump is also expected to visit the Western Wall.
Never before has an American president, while in office, visited the site because it's hugely controversial amongst Palestinians. They believe it should be part of a future Palestinian state.— Paula Slier, EWN correspondent

Slier adds that the big question on everybody's mind is whether or not he'll say something about the two state solution and how he envisages peace between the Israelis and Palestinians.
