Public Enterprises Minister Lynne Brown and Eskom chair Ben Ngubane said on Tuesday in Parliament that there were documents to back up their decisions around why Brian Molefe was first allowed to leave Eskom and later reinstated.

The former finance minister has laid into the Eskom board accusing them of treating the parastatal like a personal toy for the benefit of a few.
He said it may be time that the Eskom board is dissolved.
