Lubega says his management consultant experience and observations have shown him that many organisations do not invest in their people enough.

It was while Lubega was studying his Master’s in Public Policy and Education, Learning and Technology at Oxford University that he was inspired and met his co-founder Andrew Barnes.

He explains that Go1.com currently operates in six countries, services clients across 23 countries, with 78 employees training over 500 000 people across the world.
