Dear ladies, ask that guy out as he may be too shy to do it himself

Some men have argued that there’s something to be admired in a woman that goes out and gets what she wants. Apparently It shows initiative and courage.

Talk Radio 702 host, Phemelo Motene asked women if they have been brave and bold enough to make that first move.

It was also discovered during this particular discussion that there are men who are extremely shy and would rather have the women do the asking.

You know, I've been single for three years? If I had to ask a guy out, I probably wouldn't take him seriously. I'll always think he doesn't genuinely like me and is going along for the ride.

If you want a man, you go up to him and say hello, there's no harm in it. If you love and want a man to marry you, ask him! Most men don't have the courage anyway.

Mama D, caller

You don't know how hard it is. When I approach a lady in public, I ask her to not shake her head if she's going to say 'no'.
