The High Court has granted President Jacob Zuma permission to appeal a ruling that he must hand over records explaining his controversial Cabinet reshuffle.
Judge Bashier Vally says he doesn't believe that there are any prospects of success, reports EWN's Gia Nicolaides.

Last month, opposition party, the Democratic Alliance (DA) filed an urgent application to compel Zuma to disclose his reasons for the reshuffle.
The DA had previously argued that Zuma was unable to appeal the matter as it was an interlocutory order, given amid their main court application which is still underway.
