Huawei’s P10 is without a doubt the slickest device the Chinese manufacturer has produced.

It is slick, feels solid, is well built and the specs are premium. Since partnering with Leica the focus has been on the camera and the P10 doesn’t disappoint.

The new Leica Dual Camera 2.0 uses precise 3D facial detection, dynamic illumination, and natural portrait enhancements to produce stunning artistic portrait shots in Leica image style.

Have you ever experienced a screen crack on your phone after dropping it? Most of us have.

The cost of replacing that screen can be very painful financially. The market for cracked screens is massive with current estimates showing the screen replacement industry is with $4 billion annually.

The question is, do screen protectors help if you drop your phone? The answer is an overwhelming yes! I was in the camp of not putting anything on the screen because it makes it look ugly.

But the latest screens are well designed and are effective in preventing a screen crack. I have been testing the Zagg InvisibleShield and it saved my phone over the weekend when I dropped it. Screen protector cracked by the phone was fine. It features what they call Sapphire Defence that makes it scratch proof and smudge proof.

Artificial intelligence can now predict suicide with remarkable accuracy.

Colin Walsh, data scientist at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, hopes his work in predicting suicide risk will give people the opportunity to ask “what can I do?” while there’s still a chance to intervene.

Walsh and his colleagues have created machine-learning algorithms that predict, with unnerving accuracy, the likelihood that a patient will attempt suicide.

In trials, results have been 80-90% accurate when predicting whether someone will attempt suicide within the next two years, and 92% accurate in predicting whether someone will attempt suicide within the next week.
