The Save Our SABC (SOS) Coalition says it is delighted by the decision to dismiss former COO Hlaudi Motsoeneng from the public broadcaster.
The SOS Coalition's Duduetsang Makuse says the SABC interim board appears to be reviewing several of Motsoeneng's directives and policies.

Motsoeneng was axed for misconduct and breaking the terms of his employment contract.
Makuse says that Motsoeneng's dismissal is a small victory, however, the battle has not yet been won.
She has acknowledged the individuals and organisations that have been vocal about fighting against the crisis at the SABC.
These are battles that people have been pushing for so long.— Duduetsang Makuse, Coordinator at Save Our SABC (SOS) Coalition
