Public Enterprises Minister, Lynne Brown released a statement on Monday night announcing that Eskom board chair, Ben Ngubane has resigned.

He (Ben Ngubane) would have been watching as Hlaudi was dismissed by the SABC interim board. It's not surprising that he (Ngubane) is jumping ship.. he's at the centre of the State of Capture report.
