CapeTalk and Nedbank will be hosting a networking business breakfast with founder of Aurik Business Accelerator, Pavlo Phitidis, and business owners are invited to be part of this event.

Phitidis says the business breakfast will look at how to make family businesses be successful into the third generation.

The topic for this breakfast meeting is “Success at succession planning”.

30% of family businesses are successfully transferred from first generation to the second generation and only 6% survive into the third generation.
