Fatal shooting of Tom Thabane's wife creates uncertainty in Lesotho

Lipolelo Thabane was shot on Wednesday night ahead of her estranged husband, Prime Minister-elect Tom Thabane's inauguration. She was travelling with another woman in a car when she was fatally shot. The unnamed woman also died in hospital.

Africa correspondent Boye Gbadebo, tells Xolani Gwali, that Thabane's inauguration signaled the dawn of stability in the country, which is now uncertain.

They had an acrimonious divorce where unsavory details were made very public.
