Many young people are fighting to become changemakers in South Africa, in the face of pertinent socio-economic challenges and constraints.
Presenter Karima Brown facilitated a panel discussion to highlight the injustices still experienced by young South Africans 23 years into democracy.
She was joined by medical practioner Dr Sivu Madikana, lecturer and PhD candidate Manosa Nthunya, attorney and gender activist Samantha Ngcolomba, actuarial analyst Sizwe Moagi and comedian Noko Moswete.
They all spoke about the grim realities and social ills evident in their respective fields and communities, and shared their ideas about how to address them.
