OUTA chairperson, Wayne Duvenage says they have filed application to have Dudu Myeni declared as a delinquent director of the SAA board.
The Companies Tribunal will be holding a hearing on Monday into whether Myeni should be disqualified from being a director over the way she handled a deal with Airbus.
According to Duvenage, Outa has laid six charges against Myeni.

Myeni's term is coming to an end in a couple of months but Duvenage says the action against her would mean that she will not serve on any board or in any senior capacity for a minimum of seven years.
