"There aren't enough black people making decisions" #OUTsurance Ad

Author and marketing expert, Khaya Dlanga responded to an OUTsurance Fathers Day video featuring mostly white dads, and caused a social media outrage, as a big misunderstanding of the country.

OUTsurance has since removed the video, apologised to South Africans and acknowledged that the video did not represent the demographics appropriately.

Dlanga says this shows that there aren't many black decision makers in these companies as they keep on making the same mistakes.

He says that many companies are aware of what needs to be done but they are not willing to do it and rather they pretend to be.
