Mohale will officially step down as Chairperson of Shell South Africa on 30 June.

Before he joined Shell he occupied senior positions at Otis Elevators, South African Airways, Sanlam and Drake & Scull FM ll.

He also served on the boards of Swiss Re Africa and Hollard Insurance.

In 2016 he made headlines for saying that leaders shouldn’t blame colonialism for Africa’s problems.
