In 2016, 80 year old Julia Albu phoned into CapeTalk to share aspirations of trekking through Africa in her two decade old Toyota Conquest (fondly named Tracy). Tracy is a 1997, model with close to 400 000 400 000 km's on the clock.
It turns out Albu isn't the only one holding on to her Toyota conquest. Fellow Toyota lovers and owners called into the Azania Mosaka show to share their testimonies of just how faithful, reliable and resilient this car is.
