The Democratic Alliance visited the 10111 call centre in Midrand to conduct oversight following the recent strike by the call centre operators.
The call centre agents have been on strike demanding better wages and fair labour practices but the police union Sapu has temporarily suspended the strike to give the CCMA a chance to look at the matter without disruptions.
The DA's Kate Lorimer says everything is back to normal and the mood seems to be a relaxed one.

She says the discussions are still ongoing through the CCMA.
If things don't go according to plan, contingencies plan have been put in place where the flying squad will be called in to assist.
