ANC KZN announced it would bring charges against Khoza for her public statements calling for President Jacob Zuma to step down.

She's apparently received death threats after speaking out.

Meanwhile, political analyst Lukhona says it is important to distinguish between the death threats and the disciplinary procedure she's facing within the ANC.

It would be unfair on ANC to say the disciplinary procedure is endorsing or is a form of support for those that threaten her.
