Mr. Active says every company should offer their employees work out facilities

David Katz, popularly known to listeners as Mr. Active says any decent company should allow employees to work out at work.

From a productivity point of view it really does do a lot for staff members adds Katz.

He says although it is great doing stuff outside of the office, busy schedules and family commitments can get in the way, which is ideally why a wellness centre or gym facility is needed at work.

The places that have wellness centres have happier and more productive employees.
