You can now report CoCT service delivery issues with the new Link app for free

Link will link the Cape Town community directly to the City of Cape Town municipality to easily report service delivery issues.

Charles Murray Director at Link says they built the app for countrywide users with an integration into the City of Cape Town.

With a mobile application, you can report far more detail. So you can give your exact GPS location of whatever incident you are reporting, you can attach a photo.

With the app you can alleviate identical incident reports and can take pressure off call centres and helps speed up the processes.

By using the Link app you can report service delivery issues such as blocked drains, burst pipes, electricity outages, missing manhole covers, refuse issues and faulty street signs to name just a few.

Vodacom clients won’t pay for or make use of their data when downloading the app from the Vodacom app store or when using the Municipal Ward feature.
