Maserumule discussed five things that (almost) guarantees dismissal:

  • Theft or fraud

  • Gross negligence (e.g. damage to property, etc.)

  • Gross insubordination (e.g. telling your boss “Who do you think you are?”)

  • Sexual harassment

  • Racism
