With a motion of no confidence against President Jacob Zuma set for Tuesday, speculation is rife over whether or not Parliamentary Speaker Baleka Mbete will allow a secret vote and if the motion will succeed or not.
Mbete is set to hold a briefing in Parliament on Monday afternoon to announce her decision on a request by opposition parties that MPs be allowed to vote in secret.
For Zuma, it was business as usual as he paid a visit to former Zambian president Kenneth Kaunda at his home in Lusaka on Saturday morning. He then unveiled a new historic statue honouring struggle veteran, Harry Themba Gwala, in Pietermaritzburg on Sunday.
He appeared in jovial, begging the question, what worries President Zuma?
