702 Breakfast Show host Xolani Gwala had Mineral Resources Minister Mosebenzi Zwane backtracking on his proposed move to implement a moratorium on suspending new mining and prospective rights.
Zwane filed a motion to oppose the court action but then withdrew his proposed move to implement the moratorium on Thursday night.

High Court Judge Ramarumo Monama has criticised Zwane for showing disrespect to the court and the Constitution, saying his actions damaged brand South Africa.
Gwala says he shares Monama's sentiments.
