The Democratic Alliance (DA) held a media briefing on Wednesday to announce its next plan of action following their failed motion of no confidence against President Jacob Zuma. The party said it will table a motion to have parliament dissolved and have an early election.
EWN reporter, Kevin Brandt says DA leader, Mmusi Maimane said the country is now in a crisis and it is time an electorate decides who should lead the country.

Brandt explains that Maimane noted that their new proposal to oust Zuma will have to be tabled in parliament even consulting with the The Electoral Commission of South Africa (IEC).
