US hopes to solve the North Korean crisis using diplomacy

The United States (US) Defense Secretary James Mattis says America still hopes to solve the North Korean crises using diplomacy. There has been some fiery rhetoric from both sides.

Ray White (standing in for Stephen Grootes) spoke to Enda Curran, Bloomberg Asia analyst about this. Curran says although there is a huge amount of growing tension and nervousness in financial markets and among investors, this is far from full-on conflict.

There's still a feeling that there options on the table such as diplomatic options that can be explored further.
