702's Wasanga Mehana speaks to entrepreneur and thrill seeker Bilaal Vahed Essop about his recent expedition summiting Mount Elbrus in Russia.
This was Essop's 4th mountain climb, the first being Mount Kilimanjaro, then Andes in South America thereafter Mount Everest base camp.
Essop tells of his experiences and how he felt when he to got to the top of Mount Elbrus.
Elbrus in Russia is particularly interesting mountain because it is snow kept all year around and it feeds all the rivers below it.

Elbrus is a special mountain being the only highest mountain in Europe.

Summiting this mountain was amazing. You stand on top of it looking down on all the other mountains which seemed formidable when you were down there.
