For a long time the United States seemed like the wise pocket to invest your overseas capital in, is this still the case? The Money Show's Bruce Whitfield speaks to Galileo Capital's Warren Ingram for the Personal Finance Series.

While overseas capital is not a reality for many, those with funds outside the country might want to consider emerging markets.
