Why would you want to be cutting these out asks Mr Active. He adds that we shouldn't be cutting out fruit from our diet because they are whole and provide natural sugar.
Mr. Active recommends berries if you are adamant on reducing your sugar intake especially for younger children. Natural fruit does taste better than these artificial sweeteners says Mr. Active.
