ANC SG can question Hanekom's fitness as disciplinary chair, explains Mkhize

ANC Treasurer General Dr Zweli Mkhize says the party's secretary general Gwede Mantashe is empowered to initiate processes to have ANC NEC member Derek Hanekom replaced.

The secretary general, officials and the national working committee can initiate processes that will ultimately be tabled for the NEC to take a decision.
