Poeple must understand that these are two seperate issues.

I'd like to see state capture differently. We're talking about institutions of the state, which are there to ensure good governance, that may be captured.

Francis Antonie, Executive Director at Helen Suzman Foundation

It's important for people to keep these two issues separate. They are not unrelated, that't true, but they are separate.

Antonie says, in September, the court is expected to rule on President Jacob Zuma's application to review the remedial action outlined in former Public Protector Thuli Madonsela’s state capture report.

He expects that the legal proceedings and potential appeal processes could delay the establishment of a commission.
