Why is it so hard to complain to Uber, asks Natasha, an avid listener of the John Maytham show on CapeTown?

She was on the radio to relay, what she calls a dreadful experience.

Natasha explains that she caught an Uber from the Cape Town International Airport and was greeted with hostility by the driver from there onwards.

She goes on to say the car was filthy, smelly and the drivers driving was worrisome as he didn't keep a safe driving distance.

His wrists steering the wheel rather than his hands.

The problem is, its very difficult to report this.

Natasha says she has no other way of getting hold of Uber to lodge her complaint formally and list all her grievances.
