ANC muzzles KZN branch after High Court judgment

The African National Congress (ANC) says it will meet with the provincial executive committee in Kwazulu Natal following a High Court ruling declaring the outcome of the 2015 KZN ANC provincial elective conference unlawful.

Judge Jerome Mnguni handed down judgment earlier on Tuesday.

In 2015, former chair Senzo Mchunu was forced to resign after losing the ANC’s provincial leadership race to Sihle Zikalala.
