Azania Mosaka pays homage to literary giant Roald Dahl on his 101st birthday

Wednesday, 13 September marks the 101st birthday of British novelist, Roald Dahl. Apart from from being being a writer, Dahl was also a spy, an ace fighter pilot, a chocolate historian and a medical inventor.

Dahl's most popular literature includes; Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Matilda and The BFG.

To celebrate his birthday and contribution to literature, 702 host, Azania Mosaka asked listeners to share their favorite reads from Dahl. Mosaka notes that her most memorable book from his collection is a book titled 'The Witches'.

I have four boys and in an attempt to get them to read more, we take them to the library and encourage them to read from Roald Dahl. He really does kindle a love for reading.
