CapeTalk's John Maytham weighs in on the R10 million earmarked for SAA.

According to Director General of the National Treasury, Dondo Mogajane, they are planning to bring a special appropriation bill, with an amount close to R10 billion to help SAA meet a debt that matures at the end of September 2017.

Perhaps if the R10 billion was accompanied by an entirely independent board it may begin to help, he adds.
