[WATCH] Day-Zero for water running out fast approaching?

A government employee, who wishes to remain anonymous, emailed John Maytham about what he or she believes is the real state of play with the Cape water crisis.

The email says that there have been communication shortfalls with the public about the situation and writes "The scenario of Day-Zero is fast becoming a reality, so much so, that as government we are planning and preparing with business, continuity plans in the likely event of reaching Day-Zero."

John reads the email where the writer expresses deep concern that the reality of the situation is not being shared with the public.
