Here is your Braai Day 101:
- Don't be a backseat driver: Don't be the person advising the Braai Master on what to do.
- Don't throw cigarette stumps into the braai.
- Make sure the Braai Master is hydrated.
- A coal or wood braai are essentials.
It's a big no-no to invite people over for a gas braai. You can use a gas braai when it's quick and convenient, but not if you are going to have a large group of people over.— Jonathan Fairbairn, 702 producer
