Eskom confirms Anoj Singh suspended

On Friday, Eyewitness News revealed that Eskom's chief financial officer Anoj Singh had been suspended with the power utility finally confirming the sanction.

During the interview with EWN, Eskom's acting chair, Zethembe Khoza said the board decided to convert Singh's special leave to suspension.

Gia Nicolaides, EWN reporter says these latest developments reveal how the power utility ignored advice from several firms' internal and external legal experts over contracts with Gupta linked Trillian and McKinsey.
