[LISTEN] Mugg & Bean customer breaks a tooth while eating her burger

A 702 caller from Johannesburg says she needs up to R 12 000 to receive a dental implant.

Najet claims she was at the Mug & Bean at ClearWater Mall when she bit into stones in her burger.

She says the restaurant paid for her appointment, but won't cover her operation.

I have this severe pain in my mouth that comes and goes throughout the day, I want to the dentist and there is actually a hairline crack in my actual tooth, so it needs to be replaced.

Najet, 702 caller

I went back to Mugg & Bean and they do not take responsibility for what happened because I ate at my own risk at the restaurant.

Najet, 702 caller

Mugg & Bean said they are investigating.
