On the #WeekendBreakfast with Phemelo Motene, Nikkie Bush explains the concept of bucket fillers and bucket dippers. This parenting technique could be seen as a guide to teach children compassion and kindness.
Everyone is born with an invisible bucket that needs to be filled with love and nurturing, healthy touch, singing, play, attention and safety.
