Ahead of their election re-run their have been a number of warnings about insecurity in Kenya. The election re-run is set for Thursday, despite the fact that the main opposition candidate has withdrawn from the election.
Vauldi Carelse, EWN Correspondent in Kenya says that the atmosphere on the ground ahead of the election is tense.
There is a feeling of uncertainty and certainly tension, because Odinga, the NASA coalition leader called on his supporters not to go out and vote on the 26th. And the government have basically outlawed any demonstrations.— Vauldi Carelse, EWN Correspondent in Kenya
