The Best Dick: Mike Sharman bursts the entrepreneurship myth

Mike Sharman, co founder of digital communications agency Retroviral, has written his first book on his seven year entrepreneurship journey.

He says his book, The Best Dick will appeal to the younger entrepreneurs who are starting out for the first time.

It answers questions like what do you do when you want to hire your first employee, what to do when you going through cash-flow issues as 82% of businesses fail because of this.

Entrepreneurship has been sold as this rock star lifestyle and I blame Silicon Valley for that because it's like a pair of fake boots.

Silicon Valley has sold us a story that isn't real that you can create Facebook, Snapchat and you can become an instant millionaire but entrepreneurship isn't like that.
