It's your right to return your Black Friday buy if it's faulty - Wendy Knowler

Black Friday is around the corner and consumer journalist Wendy Knowler says it is important to be prepared.

Consumers are not guaranteed the right of return on non-defective purchases (i.e. if there is nothing wrong with the item).

However, if a product bought during the Black Friday promotion is defective or faulty, consumers are entitled to return the item - no matter what discounted price it was bought at.

This is just another retail day, normal rules apply.
