"I can almost guarantee Zuma has submitted his representations" - EWN Reporter

Following a Supreme Court of Appeal decision, National Director of Public Prosecutions Shaun Abrahams has given President Jacob Zuma the end of November 30 to make fresh representations to the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) on why he should not face corruption charges.

EWN Reporter, Barry Bateman says that there is no indication that Zuma has made representations, but he is confident it happened.

I can almost guarantee it that the president has certainly submitted his representations.

Barry Bateman, EWN Reporter

Bate says that this is because it was made clear during the supreme court argument by Zuma's advocate Kemp J Kemp, it was made clear that it was part of their strategy to make these representations. He adds that he is certain that these representations were lined up before the court made their decision.

He adds that this time round Zuma and his team cannot advance the same reasons they did in 2009.
