These are the most Googled topics in SA this year

It's been quite year for internet users in South Africa.

Google SA has released its annual list of top search trends based on searches that had a high spike in traffic in 2017.

Google SA's Mich Atagana says there has been a higher amount of interest in local content and news this year.

This is due to increased interest in current affairs and increased internet penetration, Atagana explains.

We always want to know what the nation is thinking about in any given year.
